Thai Rice with tom yam spinach and bean curd


Fast to cook and good to eat!

Ingredients:

To cook Thai Rice
  1. Pour rice into a bowl filled with 300ml warm water.
  2. Boil for a little while.
  3. Meantime boil a pot of water with a stand to steam the rice
  4. Put inner pot into the thermal pot and let it continue to cook.

To fry the dish:

  1. Add chopped garlic and onion into a hot frying pan without oil.
  2. Stir fry for a while then add in cubbed bean curd, goji seed and a little Tom Yam paste
  3. Stir fry and add a little water to simmer.
  4. Lastly add the spinach and off the fire.
  5. Continue to stir to mix the ingredients
  6. Add a teaspoon Grapeseed oil and mix it.

Scoop rice on a plate and sprinkle with papaya seed powder, flaxseed powder and some grind black pepper.

Pour a tablespoon of organic coconut virgin oil over the rice.

Lastly, add the vegetable dish and here you are.

My husband says that it was delicious.
