Method:
- Put Soba noodles into a pot of boiling water. If I want to save gas, I will use a thermal pot. I will put the whole pot of boiling water into the thermal pot and let it stand for awhile.
- Throw in the broccoli, carrots and goji.
- Let it stand for a while. Remove broccoli and arrange on the plate.
- Drain the rest using a strainer.
- Pour into a bowl and mix it with Tom Yam paste, bragg's sauce and sesame oil.
- Sprinkle with some seaweed.
