Tom Yam Ramen Noodles

This blue rectangle plate from Ikea was given by my eldest daughter, Ai En on Mother's Day (10 May 2008)

This morning, I wanted to teach my younger daughter, Ai Ping to cook her own food when I am not around. She is a bit lazy to cook but loved to bake. As I did not want her to eat unhealthy stuff. I taught her this simple and delicious dish.

Ingredients:

  1. one bundle of organic ramen
  2. Tom yam paste
  3. sesame seed oil
  4. garlic
  5. tomatoes
  6. zuchinni
  7. goji seed

Method:

  1. Put a bundle of organic ramen in a pot of boiling water. Throw in your goji seed and put the pot in the thermal pot for 5 mins.
  2. Meanwhile, chop garlic and organic tomatoes separately in my magic bullet.
  3. Scoop a teaspoon of Tom Yam paste and mix it with sesame seed oil, chopped garlic and tomatoes in a plate to get ready for the noodle.
  4. Shred some zuchinni and throw into the pot of noodles.
  5. Take pot out from thermal pot and drain off the water in the sink.
  6. After draining off all the water, pour the noodle with goji and zuchinni onto the plate of tom yam paste.
  7. Stir well to mix and serve.
